In a rush? Order before midday for next day delivery. Please call us to order over the phone and we will send it express delivery for £10.00. unfortunately we cannot send ceramics express delivery.

standard delivery
we aim to get your parcel packed up within 1-2 working days, but sometimes there is a small delay if the item is not in stock (we will let you know if this is the case). please allow extra time during our busy periods (christmas, easter, sale days and bank holidays and such). your order will be dispatched either via royal mail, 1st class recorded delivery, or via our courier, and a signature is required for all deliveries.

if the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will contact and let you know when they will become available. please allow 3-5 days for delivery from the day you place your order.

overseas delivery
all overseas orders are sent with our courier. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery (depending on where your parcel is being shipped)

any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
